I have been so busy posting all my latest work on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/afreshglassphotography) that I have neglected my blog posts - I am determined to correct that and be caught up by the end of February!! Resolutions, they are not just for January anymore LOL.  Right before Thanksgiving I had so much fun for a crisp, early morning session with the Janssen family. I have known Marilyn for years and yes she is as adorable as she looks but this was my first time getting to meet her wonderful family.

Of course Alistair has to get the first picture!!!!  He looked so dapper in his red sweater and was so ready to explore!!!

He has the most amazing eyes - they are so alert and you can tell he is analyzing everything!

He reminds me of his Daddy lots and lots!!!!  Here is Ken looking picture perfect lounging beneath the trees . . .

We did some adorable family shots by the bridge in O'Callaghan Park!  They brought their very well behaved and handsome poodle, Leo with them.  He was feeling a bit bored with the process and I had to figure out how to get engaged.  I called, I cajoled, I even meowed.  No luck.  Then I barked.  Turned out Leo is very well trained and at the bark he stood up perfectly on his hind legs and started to strut . . .

I laughed so hard that I am shocked I could get any pictures!!!

Here is another shot of Leo posing with his beautiful Mommy, Marilyn.  I think Marilyn is so perfectly pretty and she looks so young - this reminds me of a mid century picture of a young girl with her dog.  Marilyn is a very successful career woman and mother, I think it is fantastic she keeps this aura of innocence!

Marilyn, Ken, Alistair and Leo - Thank you so much for the opportunity to spend playtime at the park with you!!!! Y'all were a joy to be around!
